AERO TILTER 90°Lifting equipment – Panels Tilting 90 ° up to 1 ton
Industrial production sites of metal, plastic or joinery daily meet the problem of handling panels, either as raw material or as a finished product. The storage of panels on the wafer involves a tilting of panels to feed saws or production lines.
Aero 90 ° Tilter is a vacuum lifter equipped with suction cups for gripping panels up to 1 tonne . The different configurations of the Aero 90 ° lifting beams make it possible to lift large panels up to 3 meters wide.
The tool captures the load and the lifter can then be lifted by a hoist to move the panel according to the needs of the activity.
Operators are therefore totally autonomous in lifting bulky and / or heavy loads which limits the risk of MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders) and maximizes the productivity of the production chains.
