Description

Particularly large gap gaps can not be filled with individual stowage pads as they would work out over time. Our experts have developed a double-chamber pad that can not slip and can be filled centrally.

Application

Larger gap gaps can occur in both directions of travel, transversely and longitudinally. Since these can only be reliably filled up to 800 mm by a 3D storage bag, a special solution was needed here.

The Rothschenk development department has developed a double-chamber cushion that combines the pressure stability of a 2D-accumulation pad with the possibility of variable widths.

Big gaps ! No problem !

Thanks to its innovative combination of two 2D cushions, it is possible to fill out a larger stowage gap. The customer can choose between a cheaper version with two valves or a central filling valve. In the latter variant, the filling process of both pads takes place evenly and is thus still more user-friendly.

Directly from manufacturer

Jam pads directly from the manufacturer have a decisive advantage. In contrast to the middleman, we can respond individually to all customer requests. We can use many different materials, such as valve types.

However, it is often even more important for our customers that size and format can be chosen freely. The design has no limits on our side.
