For jams over 400 mm, conventional 2D accumulation pads are no longer sufficient. The special 3D design has a much higher contact surface on the goods and is ideal for load securing up to 800 mm gaps.
With conventional 2D storage pads, you reliably secure ram gaps of up to 400 mm. In addition, we recommend the use of so-called 3D stowage bags. These meet the requirements for the load securing for the range of 400 to 800 mm.
The special design guarantees that the accumulation pad rests flush with the entire height of the load. As a result, slipping of small packages is reliably prevented.
Gaps up to 800 mm ?
Even during the production of a 3D upholstery, its special properties are taken into account. A special folding technique guarantees that the cubic shape is reached automatically during the filling process.
