Discover the new intelligent in-house charge carrier Gitty. With Gitty the grid box with drawers, you reach a whole new kind of flexibility. Convince yourself of the versatility of this product! It does not matter if you are looking for a workbench, a clock stand, a mobile assembly station or a new order picking box. With Gitty, the grid box with drawers you support all 5S activities and thus contribute to a process optimization in the company. We would like to introduce you to the different application possibilities.

Some technical details of the Gitty

• 2/3 drawer drawers (on request also 100% full extension)
• Stackable up to 4 gitties
• Can be recorded from all sides
• Locking system incl. Multiple pull-out lock
• 75 kg – 150 kg load per drawer
• Dimensions: 1200mm / 800mm / 970mm (W / D / H)

The default grid box contains:

• high quality drawers in different sizes
• Floors of the drawers are equipped with sheet metal or grating
• Color: frame in RAL 7030 (80% gloss level); Drawers in RAL 3020 (traffic red), RAL 5005 (signal blue) or RAL 6024 (traffic green) (80% gloss level)
• from 10 Gittys: color of the drawers according to customer requirements
• Grid or screen printing plate as roof cladding

By request:

• Grid box with sheet metal lining on the sides and back
• Color of drawers according to customer requirements
• Shadow boards
• Painting the frame in all RAL colors
