Premium technology for the midrange
The new Fusion Lite is the third Fusion Series model and offers premium technology and speeds of up to 16,000 envelopes per hour at a particularly attractive price. Like the other two models, the Fusion Lite employs the Flow-Principle and it is able to handle the full range of formats from B6+ to B4 and #7 3/4 to Flats, whilst leaving nothing to be desired when it comes to processing enclosures either. In the Flow-Principle, the filling speed is slowed down by a factor of 4.5 so that the actual insertion process is allowed more time, which means that different envelope formats and complex enclosures can be processed securely and without stops. This unique technology ensures an extremely stable and reliable production flow. Devoting more time to the actual insertion process means that different envelope formats and enclosures up to 15 mm thick and weighing as much as 1 kg can be reliably processed. Whatever enclosures the future may bring, you will be fully equipped to handle them.
Modular solutions for integrated production
In order to allow them to make full use of their capabilities, all Fusion Series machines feature the BoxIT postal tray system as standard. BoxIT takes the filled envelopes and automatically places them in provided postboxes. Numerous additional features for the automation of up- or downstream steps offer modern print and post-processing centers, lettershops or mailing service providers the flexibility they need to equip themselves for both present and future requirements.
