Label Sticker Print & Apply system of self-adhesive labels
The Label Sticker is a P & A – Print & Apply – system of self-adhesive labels based on the integration of a thermal transfer label printer – CAB or TSC – equipped with an internal peeler with a floating dispensing blade equipped with a product presence sensor . In addition to printing the labels directly, the system consists of top and side labels on boxes, envelopes and secondary packaging that move on automatic and end of line conveyors.
The dispensing blades – designed and produced by Tradex – are made of sturdy aluminum and, compatibly with the required labeling specifications, are installed on the printing system chosen by the Customer. The application system is fixed on a mobile arm that does not require compressed air and is composed of a few essential components that are free of wear and maintenance.
The label is peeled directly on the point of application which, being mounted on a movable arm, is able to accommodate the geometric shape of the surface by applying the labels even on non-flat surfaces.
Among the options we mention the external start sensor, the stand side with double microregulation and the audible / visual alarm column – applicable only to CAB printers.
