Our system solution pL-MAT for control of automated storage and conveyor-technical facilities receives transport commands from the superordinate warehouse management system. It issues control commands directly to the underlying control. The modular build also permits process visualisation and serves to control and continually review the warehouse processes.
The integrated transport optimisation ensures that the system reacts flexibly to all requirements at an early time. For example, it is able to recognise temporarily blocked path sections and to bypass them immediately. Our solution ensures a smooth process in your warehouse, structures all goods movements and communicates with the different components. It connects pallet conveyor technology, container conveyor technology, storage and retrieval machines and packaging lines from different manufacturers, and maps the central part of a fully automated storage this way.
