Turbo SRM
The gear drive is used in pallet stacker cranes that have to achieve high performance over short distances. Extreme acceleration and braking with exact positioning at the same time are the strengths of the Turbo-SRS.
Higher throughput due to acceleration up to 3m / s 2 and increased operational reliability due to the form-fitting power transmission. With this technology, wheels and rails wear less, which increases their service life.
One Master with 2 LAM
MIAS has been using the single mast with two load handling devices for its customers since 1987. Especially at heights of more than 20 m, the price-performance ratio of the one-masters is hard to beat. The device can store and retrieve up to 1,200 kg per load handling device and is far superior to conventional devices due to its parallel operation.
Frozen storage and retrieval systems
MIAS is your expert for storage and retrieval systems in the deep-freeze and refrigerated areas. In recent years, MIAS has installed more than 100 devices in environments from -30 ° C to + 5 ° C – including in Europe’s largest deep-freeze warehouse (40 m high).
The highly stressed parts are made of special steel that has a long service life even under the most extreme conditions. The compact design enables optimal approach dimensions and thus maximizes space utilization. Specially insulated and heated control cabinets are used on the device in order to avoid condensation inside the housing and to ensure optimum readiness.
Sewer Vehicle RBG
The MIAS-Shuttle storage and retrieval machines are the ideal solution for canal warehouses: The canal vehicle, also known as the shuttle, has been completely further developed by MIAS: The energy supply runs via PowerCaps and is therefore wireless.
