Characteristics
The racking shelves are integrated into pallet racks or are located separately on the floor and serve for the movement of pallets, crates and cases using gravitational energy.
The racking shelves are roller tracks with a slight incline and complementary to braking and mechanisms for separation in the places where they are removed from the track.
The roller tracks can be placed in a horizontal position and their movement by an electric actuator or pneumatic drive (air pistons).
Field of Application
The principle of the racking shelves enables the smooth removal of goods on the FIFO principle.
The racking shelves are especially suitable for production areas, workshops and warehouses.
The cost of the racking shelves is individual and the following attributes must be considered when calculating the rack rate: the height of the racking shelves, the depth of the racking shelf, the storage area for the racking shelves, the number and the dimensions of the shelves in the racking shelf and the material to be stored in the racking shelf.
The transverse (horizontal) shelves are available in any lengths and depths.
