Διεθνείς Εμπορικοί Όροι 2020 παρέχουν μια καθοδήγηση στις εταιρείες για να επιτρέψουν το εμπόριο για την πώληση αγαθών. Το incoterms σημαίνει “Διεθνείς Εμπορικοί Όροι”.

Διεθνείς Εμπορικοί Όροι 2020 χρησιμοποιούνται παγκοσμίως σε διεθνείς συναλλαγές. Οι Incoterms παρέχουν σαφείς οδηγίες στον πωλητή και τους αγοραστές σχετικά με το κόστος, τον κίνδυνο και τις ευθύνες κατά τη διάρκεια διεθνών εμπορικών συναλλαγών.

a) Buyer will request carrier to issue on-board BL to the seller and
