As regras Incoterms 2020 fornecem uma orientação às empresas para permitir o comércio para a venda de mercadorias. Os incoterms significam “Termos Comerciais Internacionais”.

As regras Incoterms 2020 são usadas em todo o mundo em transações internacionais. Os Incoterms fornecem orientações claras aos vendedores e compradores sobre custos, riscos e responsabilidades ao realizar transações comerciais internacionais.

Incoterms

  • EXW – Na fábrica (local designado)
  • FCA – Franco transportador (local designado)
  • FAS – Franco ao longo do navio (porto de embarque designado)
  • FOB – Franco a bordo (porto de embarque designado)
  • CFR – Custo e frete (porto de destino designado)
  • CIF – Custo, seguro e frete (porto de destino designado)
  • CPT – Porte pago até (local de destino designado)
  • CIP – Porte e seguro pagos até (local de destino designado)
  • DDP – Entregue com direitos pagos (local de destino designado)
  • DAT – Entregue no terminal (terminal designado no porto ou local de destino)

a) Buyer will request carrier to issue on-board BL to the seller and
b) Seller will then tender such on-board BL to the Buyer.
