Правила Інкотермс 2020 містять інструкції для компаній, що дозволяють торгувати товарами. Інкотермс означає Міжнародні комерційні умови.

Правила Інкотермс 2020 використовуються у всьому світі при проведенні міжнародних транзакцій. Інкотермс дає продавцеві і покупцям чіткі вказівки щодо витрат, ризиків і відповідальності при проведенні міжнародних торгових операцій.

- If an on-board Bill of Lading needed (e.g. under a LC), parties can agree under rule A6/B6;
a) Buyer will request carrier to issue on-board BL to the seller and
b) Seller will then tender such on-board BL to the Buyer.
