Athos Plus Double-sided Tape machine

Description

Athos Plus Double-sided Tape machine with automatic feeder for the application of double-sided tape, acrylic and foam tape, pvc and tear tape on every type of paper support, cardboard, profiles, wood and alluminium.

Athos Plus machine has been provided with two different types of feeders:

• Semiautomatic feeder, ideal when working with light weights materials, complex die-cuts, materials which may create electrostatic fields, etc.;
• Automatic continuous feeder PLUS, ideal for products weighing over 150 gr/sqm, and ensures a high production speed.

Machine features:

• Fix register side system positioned on the Plus feeder for the application of adhesive tape
• No. 2 main paper transport devices with transmission system, complete of small wheels “Bruco”.
• Control of the double sheet by micron and photocell controlled by PLC device for adjusting the distance between the sheets
• The Rap applicator is adjustable in height, and left/right site.
• The setup and programming of the PLC does not require a professional operator, in fact with our touch screen, it would be possible to be used by an operator without experience.
• Athos Plus standard machine supplied with No. 2 Rap applicator and ready to add other 2 RAP applicators or RAP STRIP applicators of tear tape.
