The fully automatic machine US-2000 TRS-SW-L3 is ideal for banding corrugated cardboard and cartons and can be seamlessly integrated.
The new corrugated banding machine packages expensive printed goods extremely carefully and aligns stacks of cartons from all four sides. This produces absolutely perfect stacks, which in turn ensures that the products reach the end consumer in flawless condition and that they can then be machine processed without costly problems.Cartons can be handled manually or fully automatically taken from the stacking system. The stacks of cartons are aligned on all sides, pressed and banded once or twice. If banded twice, the automatically adjustable servo device moves to the next position. It has an output of 22 stacks/minute.
