Description

An effective radiant barrier is attained through the outer layer of pure aluminum foil, which is the best protection against both visible light and infrared radiation. This bottomless design is a cost-effective way to protect cargo from heat and allows a clear space on the container floor for forklift loading.

Aluminum’s lower emissivity value makes this product an efficient and protective buffer against extreme temperatures.

This transoceanic container liner is available in either a fully enclosed six-sided design, or a bottomless 5 sided design. Both come with a complete velcro sealed front-loading opening.

BEST PRACTICES

• Liners should be stored at a suitable temperature to retain thermal eficiency, and in a dry location to avoid contamination
• SureTemp® Container Liner with metalized film is available in all container sizes 53HC, 45HC, 40HC, 40 & 20 ft. Standard with our container liners are fasteners for fast & easy installation. This product can be used separately or combined with other SureTemp® products for additional thermal protection.
• Insulation Materials: Heavy gauge, reflective, double-sided metalized film. Reinforced with high strength woven polyethylene.
• Thermal Protection:  Specifically engineered to provide radiant heat trançfer protection from extreme heat. Provides excellent protection against temperature excursions in extreme hot ambient temperatures.
• Design: Designed for full cargo encloçure with six-sided protection, which includes a durable woven polyethylene flooring with single sided metalized film which is durable enough to handle forklift use, and also available in a bottomless 5-sided design. Also included is a velcro sealed, front-loading opening. The liners are installed using a quick and easy rope/ hook system.
