Lifting and moving heavy jute bags and boxes fast and efficient without any physical effort with the Copal Balancer.

The Copal Balancer has a lifting column with arm (balancer). The Copal Balancer is powered by a motor and can be operated with a simple control panel.

The gripper is both mechanically and electrically- (by means of buttons) controlled.

If the Copal Balancer is mounted to an optional base plate, the Balancer can be moved by means of a fork-lift truck. In this way, the Balancer can be used at any location.

There is a variety of applications possible. The Copal Balancer can be used for example when picking up bags of boxes of a conveyor belt, but the Copal Balancer is also very good to use in stand-alone situations.

The Copal Balancer is easy to use and has a low noise-level.

The base plate can be provided with a collision safety system. With this collision safety system the pressure vessel and the compressor can be protected against, for example, the wheels of a forklift.

A low-noise compressor allows the generation of vacuum. This means that the Copal Balancer is also suitable to pick up and move boxes. Changing a gripper can be quickly (within 10 minutes) and easily realized. This makes the Copal Balancer multifunctional and suitable for lifting and moving various other types of goods and materials.
