Description

Securing a round barrel is a challenge. At least if you do not have a [R] barrel fuse. This was developed as a reusable system, eg for in-house works traffic and fixes a barrel quickly on the pallet.

Application

Securing liquids in barrels on pallets is a special challenge on all transport routes. Due to their round shape barrels are difficult to grip and cumbersome to handle.

With our self-developed barrel safety device, you can quickly and easily create a safe loading unit from one or two barrels and a Euro pallet. Rothschenk Fass-Sicherungs is available as a reusable system (also available as a disposable version for polyester strapping / composite tape). The one-piece lashing strap is easy to handle and effortlessly achieves the required clamping forces.

Simple, fast and secure

The application of our barrel safety device is very simple. Take a look at our application video. The drum is then lashed directly onto the pallet by placing the polyester (PES) tape over the drum and tensioning it on both sides with the aid of the one-piece lashing strap. The loosening and lashing is child’s play.

One pallet, two barrels

With the help of the ingenious Rothschenk barrel-return system, you can reliably fix up to two 200-liter barrels on a Euro pallet. Especially in factory traffic, for internal transport and companies with a focus on sustainable transport, a reusable solution is a big advantage
