Description

The Elite series offers the highest level of protection for both extreme heat and cold. High strength materials make this pallet cover extremely durable and contribute to its high performance and reusability.

RADIANT HEAT PROTECTION

SureTemp® Elite-Performance Embossed Metalized Pallet Cover offers the highest level
of protection during products’ exposure to extreme temperatures, during the shipping cycle at origin, destination and transshipment points.

The outer layer is made of reflective metalized film, which protects against solar radiation. The embossed metalized film is fused with an advanced non woven PET Core insulation
sealed in by a layer of white PET. Inside is hollow-fiber insulation – the SureTemp® brand’s highest level of insulating material– between aluminum coated non-woven polyester and white polyethylene layers.

Non-woven polyester’s high tensile strength and tear-resistance give the product additional physical protective capabilities and contribute to its durability and reusability.

BEST PRACTICES

Covers should be stored at a suitable temperature to retain thermal efficiency, and in a dry location to avoid contamination. Fit covers in a suitable ambient temperature.

Fitting covers in extreme temperatures can result in accelerated temperature change of product.
