Flexible conveyor lengths
The Schmid flex conveyors are available in freely definable lengths up to 20 m. Single tracks can be coupled to each other mechanically as well as electrically, e.g. to extend the conveyor length or to handle shorter paths flexibly.
The xpandable roller conveyor is constructed in segments of 1m length, each equipped with a drive. The rollers are driven by o-belts. Sturdy supports with mobile and lockable castors and handles on both sides allow easy handling.
Operating modes
The expandable roller conveyor is supplied with a mechanical rotary switch as an on/off switch, reverse operation for left/right rotation and adjustable conveying speed. It is also equipped with an emergency stop button. Alternative operating modes are continuous, automatic stop or cycles for zero-pressure conveying.
Optionally, our powered expandable roller conveyors can be supplied with mechanical end stops or automatic end stops. In case the expandable roller conveyor is connected to a conveyor system, a signal exchange can be realized, e.g. for light sensors or the emergency stop circuit.
