Label Front-Print & Apply-system of self-adhesive labels
The Label Front is a P & A – Print & Apply – system of self-adhesive labels. Specially designed to apply adhesive labels on the front side of packaging and bundles, it is based on a special floating dispensing blade mounted downstream of a thermal transfer label printer.
The application system does not require compressed air and, thanks to the special geometry of the dispensing blade, exploits the movement of the box to apply up to 50 labels / min to a maximum depth of 200 mm from the high edge of the packaging.
Like all Tradex P & A systems, LabelFront also uses Tradex dispensing blades mounted on TSC or CAB label printers. The application system is fixed on a mobile arm and is composed of a few essential components that are free of wear and maintenance. The label is peeled directly on the point of application which, mounted on a movable arm, is able to perfectly support the geometric shape of the surface by applying the labels even in angled fold configuration.
In addition to the product presence sensor supplied as standard, it is possible to choose between several options, including the external start sensor, the double-microregulation stand-by and the audible / visual alarm column – applicable only to CAB printers .
