Label Touch printed in real time on packaging and bundles
The Label Touch is a P & A – Print & Apply – system of self-adhesive labels designed to apply labels printed in real time on packaging and bundles. It is composed of a reliable variable stroke pneumatic cylinder on which
the application plate is positioned. Once printed, the label is peeled at the application pad that holds it waiting for the application start signal.
Once the print start has been received, the piston guarantees precise and accurate labeling and, thanks to the interaction between the contact sensor and the variable stroke piston, it can also be used to label particularly delicate and fragile packaging. The Label Touch, in addition to accepting labels of different sizes, is able to apply labels on cartons and products of different heights.
Like all Tradex P & A systems, the Label Touch also uses TSC or CAB label printers and application systems designed and produced directly by Tradex. In addition to the product presence sensor supplied as standard, it is possible to choose between several options, including the external start sensor, the double-microregulation stand-by and the audible / visual alarm column – applicable only to CAB printers .
