Description

The Minitrans® Basic conveyor belt series are sorted by their pulley diameters of the roll, length and width can be selected in mm-steps. The smallest belt with a roll diameter and hence an overall height of 10 mm is particularly well suited if space is at premium and for shorter conveyor lines. Other conveyors transport across several meters.

On request, you get your CAD data of your Minitrans® Basic conveyor belt in various formats.

IWB puts a particular emphasis on a very solid, compact and modular construction for conveyor belts in the Minitrans® series. This means that all of IWB conveyor belts can be configured with various drive variants or optional attachments. Therefore, they can be used very flexibly and variably.

Minitrans® conveyor belt drive options:

  • Direct drive – It can be assembled on the left or right side of the drive roll without additional parts. The motor can thereby be turned in 90 degree steps. A worm gear motor with 0.09 kW rated power and a voltage of 400 V at 50 Hz is standard.
  • Tooth belt drive – mounting options as explained for direct drive. The motor can be assembled over as well as below the belt.
  • Drum motor (enclosed) – minimum width of belt: 200 mm. Drum diameter: 80 mm. No motor parts above the belt bodies.
  • Centre drive (underfloor drive) -with this option, the drive can be moved freely below the conveyor.
  • Inner drive – equipped with a 24 V DC motor.

Optional accesories

      • Rolling knife edge (patent) – if small parts need to be transported over several conveyor belts, a rolling knife edge can minimise the distance for transfer. The smallest possible radius is 3 mm.
      • 2D/3D Data – Our 3D-CAD-database is available for you.
      • Lateral guides ›It is possible to use a fixed or “variable” side guide.
      • Stand foot / frame – with the stand foot the working height of the conveyor belts can be adjusted freely between 650 and 1100 mm.
      • Belt Qualities  – the demands for belt qualities are various regarding antistatic, colour, friction coefficients, FDA fitness, temperature resistance, cleats and much more. With numerous belts we can adapt the conveyor belts according to your wishes.
