Pallbotik is a palletizing machine with Universal Robots collaborative robots, manufactured 100% in stainless steel, which allows us to adopt the demands of the agri-food and cleanroom industries.
It is easy to configure, quick installation, collaborative, safe and flexible, since it allows to move the structure between different lines, with a fast anchoring system. Our own developed software allows us to make different configurations of mosaics and box formats without any training in robot programming.
Pallbotik has the ability to palletize a double pallet, up to 8.5 cycles / minute * and with a maximum weight of 8.5 kg / box **.
Companies affected by the lack of space in their facilities to install automated lines, pallbotik will only occupy 4 m2 in its facilities and without any security fence.
For commissioning, you will only have to enter the measurements and the weight of the box, type of pallet, number of layers and mosaic of pallet, and in less than 4 hours our pallbotik will be available for palletizing according to your instructions.
Our machine allows operators to be freed from heavy work due to lifting loads, avoiding injuries and improving the weather at work. It allows the company to increase its production at the end of the line by having the possibility of working 24 hours.
For our pallbotik we use a Universal Robots robot. The robot can work with people and between people and does not require fences. Our machine is certified by the European machinery directive 2006/42 / ES, obtaining its CE marking and complying with ISO / TS15066.
