Pallet racks are a modular system of steel constructions new to ČSN EN 15512 and ČSN EN 15629.

The pallet rack system is usually designed for heights up to 20 m for one rack cell load up to 4,500 kg. Rack columns are loadable in a column up to 20 t.

The price of the pallet rack is individual and when calculating the pallet racking, the following attributes; pallet rack height, pallet rack area, pallet rack level, and palette rack storage methods must be considered.

The transverse (horizontal) pallet beams are available in any length and cross section. The shelves of the pallet racks are locked by the columns and the connection is secured by fuses against unintentional ejection from the lock.

This easy-to-adjustability principle is very flexible in terms of changing conditions in the logistics process from the point of view of the user, and at the same time allows for service and repair without great limitations in the operation of logistics processes.

Storage positions can be fitted in a pallet rack with steel grids, particle board or crossbars, which reduce the risk of pallet collapse during handling and also allow the storage of shelf items.

We supply products from leading European manufacturers. We also supply this system in a mobile version where the entire rack system is placed on a chassis that runs in the rails on the floor. This system makes it possible to increase the storage capacity up to almost twice as much as a pallet rack fixed to the floor.
