Characteristics
Roller tracks are integrated into pallet racks or are located on the floor separately and are used to move pallets, crates and cases using gravitational energy.
The roller tracks can be placed either in the gradient or in the horizontal position and their movement by an electric actuator or a pneumatic actuator (air pistons).
Field of Application
The principle of roller lanes enables trouble-free picking of goods on the FIFO principle.
The roller conveyors are especially suitable for production areas, dispatching, material reception and material storage.
The price of roller lanes is individual and when calculating the price of roller lanes, the following attributes should be considered –
the length of the roller track, the material for which the roller track will be determined and the drive used on the roller track.
