Description

Pedestrian Handrail and/or Pedestrian Segregation Barrier with Foot Barrier has the sole function of separating pedestrians from unsafe traffic cross areas. Under any circumstances, a Pedestrian Handrail cannot function as Impact Safety Barrier. If pedestrians are exposed to Impact Safety Risks, a suitable Horizontal Impact Safety System (HISS) should be applied in front of the Pedestrian Handrail.

If the Segregation Barrier with Foot Barrier or Pedestrian Handrail is to function as “Fall Protection”, the L1000 Module and the Ground-level Barrier accessory should be applied to comply by BS 6180: 2011 and UNI EN ISO 14122-3. Photovoltaic Led Light can be installed to the Post for outdoor applications. All accessories necessary for installation including a special high-quality anti-shrinkage concrete are included in the package.
