Description
Automatic Capping machine for plastic bottles with screw cap. One-head automatic capping station to be inserted in the existing packaging line, or stand-alone, suitable for closing plastic or glass bottles with a screw cap or twist-off.
Automatic Capping machine for plastic bottles with screw cap has a locking head mounted on a sled adjustable in height, with adjustment of the clamping torque size.
Production – 1200 pcs/h.
The feeding belt is controlled by a gear motor group with transport speed regulation, a stop and centering unit in the capping area, a control panel, and a touch screen operating panel on the frame.
The capper is supplied already adjusted in height according to the samples of caps and bottles; the height can be easily changed by handwheel. The plugs can be installed manually or automatically via Pick & Place magazine.
