Strapping Machine – Model 043
The automatic strapping machine automates vertical strapping of any type of product and can apply one or more polypropylene or polyester straps to the same pack.
It is generally positioned on roller-ways as well as belt and chain conveyors, either interrputed or shaped, so as to be able to insert the strap running the arch.
The machines consists of sturdy welded steel plate structure which vertically supports the mobile group composed of the head of the pack. The lower part of the arch can be provided with openings to facilitate scrap discharge. Finally the strap machines comes with it own coil holder, equipped with electro-magnetic brake and motorized strap feeding group.
The control cabinet is integrated into the coil holder and is separated from the machine. The entire cycle is managed by a PLC.
