Techno Front-Print & Apply-system of self-adhesive labels
The Techno Front is a P & A – Print & Apply – system of self-adhesive labels. Designed specifically to apply adhesive labels on the front side of packaging and bundles, it is based on a special floating dispensing blade fed by labels printed by a 4 “or 6” print engine.
The application system does not require compressed air and, thanks to the special geometry of the dispensing blade, takes advantage of the packaging movement to apply up to 50 labels / min to a maximum depth of 200 mm from the high edge of the packaging.
The geometry and the system adopted on the dispenser blade release the application phase from the label printing one, increasing even more the field of application and the effectiveness of the Techno Front.
The product presence sensor supplied as standard can be supplemented by additional options such as the external start sensor, the label and tape pre-alarm kit, the double-microregulation stand-by and the audible / visual alarm column.
