The Push Tray sorter has been developed specifically for logistical processes where different types of items which have to be sorted in mixed form. For example, a combination of cardboard boxes, (light) plastic bags and differently formed parcels. These items are pushed with the Push Tray sorter from the tray and slide in the selected exit without falling.
What are the possibilities of the Push Tray sorting machine?
The Push Tray sorter is a multipurpose sorting machine with carriers which can be realised in various models: the single, twin, triple and the heavy duty tray. Combinations of these trays are also possible. The items may vary from light items in small plastic bags up to and including items with a weight of 25 kilograms in boxes. With this sorting machine it is possible to sort up to a maximum capacity of 24,000 trays per hour.
