The Wall Guard with Hygienic Skirting (PPC) is an Impact Safety Panel designed to prevent dents and scratches to walls and doors which are caused by the daily movement of manual vehicles (Bun Pan Racks, Euro Bins, Carts, Trolleys, Manual Floor Jacks, etc.).
The Wall Guard with Hygienic Skirting (PPC) redistributes the Focal Impact Energy on a larger and homogenous surface which prevents damaging or denting a wall or a door. Made of Tecklene®: a material compliant by food regulations in USA, Europe and UK. Fixed by self-tapping screws (when applied on metal-sheet surfaces) and by raw plugs (when applied on stone or concrete surfaces). Modular and can be applied on variable surfaces in food processing and pharmaceutical facilities.
Easy to install and economic to maintain. All accessories necessary for installation including self-tapping screws/raw plugs, sealing caps and a special high-quality food-safe glue is included in the package. Guaranteed up to 10 years not to break in case of a harsh impact. PPC replaces massive stainless steel or concrete wall kerbs inside food and pharmaceutical facilities, acting at the same time as impact-resistant hygienic skirting
