Red Line Jam Pads are the value for money under our backpacks. Optimized materials, combined with Level 1 strength and AAR certification, round out the outstanding features of the product of choice.

Standard upholstery [R] Red Line are efficient and inexpensive alike. With AAR Level 1 certification and approval, they are optimal for most loading situations.

Rothschenk stowage bags of the Red Line series are used in existing stacks to produce a positive and a strong connection between goods and also to the container wall.

Optimal loadings

The idea behind the product “Jam Pad” is the non-positive and form-locking loading of goods of all kinds. Relatively stable units such as IBC or pallet goods are just as relevant as more flexible goods, such as soft packaging. In addition, there is often no or insufficient number of lashing rings in the container. With stowage pads from Rothschenk you can increase safety with just a few simple steps.

One of the biggest arguments in favor of stowage bags is the not inconsiderable time savings compared to conventional techniques, such as wood plating. The positioning and filling is done by compressed air, either with a stationary connection, or via a mobile hand fan. A special feature of our Red Line series is the possibility to subsequently vent air again and to correct the stagnation bag again in the stowage gap.

Application

For most applications, our standard range of Red Line Jam Pads is sufficient. These include the gaps up to 400 mm.

For larger spaces, we recommend our stocked Red Line 3D Jam Pads for gaps between 400 and 800 mm. Or you use our master discipline: Individually built solutions, built according to the specifications of our customers.
