The inkjet markers High definition color of ALE are modular solutions that see a controller ALE Master

Keypad connected to the pattern print heads:

– ALE TC Twin to mark two-color messages, or

– ALE Calypso to mark tri-color messages and logos, or

– ALE Coral for four-color printing

All the above systems print exclusively on the side of porous products and packaging, while for the ALE Calypso and ALE Coral systems it is possible to manage only one print head, for ALE TC Twin systems the ALE Master Keypad controller can manage up to 4 several separate print heads. The ALE Calypso and ALE Coral heads can in turn be configured with a print engine capable of delivering 35 or 80 pL (picolitre) ink droplets. The field of application of this marking systemIt is very broad and embraces the simple baseboard to be customized ad hoc with color logos to non-porous materials such as polystyrene trays and any other material that requires high-definition color printing (nursery, fish, frozen market, etc.)

Messages are created on the PC through the Codex Design Software and subsequently transferred to the controller via USB, Ethernet and WiFi connection. The inkjet marker can easily interface with external databases including scales, barcode readers, and management systems in general.
