Idea:

Light roller conveyors are designed for use in dry, normally tempered rooms.

The weight of the material to be conveyed should normally not exceed 20 – 25 kg / piece (guideline value) . The width of the web, the distance between the rollers and the support distance must be taken into account .

Choice of the right components:

Width

The web width designates the “clear dimension” between the frames. The effective carrying width of the rollers is slightly smaller. The web width should be greater than the width of the largest conveyed material.

Division

The pitch (center distance ) denotes the distance from the center of the roll to the middle of the roll in the direction of travel.

The conveyed material should at least always rest on 3 roller axles. For long or irregularly loaded packages, a correspondingly narrower roller spacing must be selected. Determination of the division: smallest conveyable length: 3 = required division

Support

As a rule, the supports are set at a distance of approx. 1.5 – 2.0 meters. If the sections consist of several sections, the posts must be placed under the joints of the tracks.

The supports can act as track connectors. Within a section, the position of the columns can be freely selected. At the ends of the tracks, the supports are slightly indented.
