Techno Sticker-Print & Apply system-of self-adhesive labels side or top applications
The Techno Sticker is a P & A – Print & Apply system – of self-adhesive labels designed for side or top applications of labels printed in real time on secondary packaging such as cartons, bundles and plateaus. The system consists of a print engine – usually a Datamax A Class or a PX4 CAB – a large automatic unwinding device for reel labels and an application system with a dispensing blade equipped with a label peeling point.
Wide choice on all components used starting from the printing press available from 4 “and 6” and from the application system that can have dispensing blades of different geometry and length. The 300 mm label roll is also typical of industrial applications as well as the ability of the print engines to be interfaced to external host computers.
The dispensing blades – designed and produced by Tradex – are made of sturdy aluminum and, compatibly with the labeling specifications requested by the customer, are installed on the printing unit selected for the purpose. The label is peeled directly on the point of application which, being mounted on a movable arm, is able to support the geometric shape of the surface by applying the labels even on irregular surfaces.
Among the options we mention the external start sensor, the label and tape pre-alarm kit, the stand-side with double microregulation and the audible / visual alarm column.
