Techno Touch Print & Apply – system of self-adhesive labels -real time
The Techno Touch is a P & A – Print & Apply – system of self-adhesive labels designed for label applications printed in real time on secondary and tertiary packaging. The system consists of a print engine – usually a Datamax A Class or a CAB PX4 – a large automatic unwinding coil label and a piston application system.
Wide choice on all components used starting from the printing press available from 4 “and 6” and from the application system that can have a pneumatic piston with variable stroke of different length. The 300 mm label roll is also typical of industrial applications as well as the ability of the print engines to be interfaced to external host computers.
The Techno Touch system accepts labels of different sizes and is able to apply labels on cartons and products of different heights. Techno Touch technology guarantees precise and accurate applications and, thanks to the interaction between the contact sensor and the variable stroke piston, can also be used in case of labeling on particularly delicate and fragile packaging.
In addition to the product presence sensor supplied as standard, it is possible to choose the maximum piston length, the increased application plate, the blower application kit – or shot for a contactless label application -, the external start sensor, the stand side with double microregulation and the acoustic / visual alarm column.
