Trigger capping machine. Linear roller capping machine for spray pumps, equipped with a conveyor belt. The trigger capping machine is suitable for closing the various types of triggers on the market. For high production it is possible to automatically load the cap.
Functionality
The hourly production is around 5,000 pcs/h. The capping takes place through rubber discs that are driven by a brushless motor, this allows you to set rotation speed and the “torque” (closing force) desired for each product. The processing data of each format can be stored in “recipes”, recalled by the operator directly from the touch-screen on the machine.
