Description
Automatic Pressure Capping machine. Linear or rotary capping systems, customizable by mono or multi-heads for the management of an important range of products.
In the video, you can find a few examples of the automatic pressure capping machine. These machines have adjustable heights and are suitable for the closure of pressure caps on rigid containers in plastic and/or glass.
The PMR MC capper is equipped with:
- single head turret with magnetic friction head (with adjustable torque);
- complete with accessories to treat 1 bottle/cap format;
- gripping of the caps using the Pick & Place system;
- automatic feeding of corks with vibrator;
- electrical cabinet;
- conveyor belt;
- photocells positioned at the infeed and outfeed of the machine, in the event of problems and/or no bottle, the car stops.
The capper is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is mounted on wheels. Production: around 2,000 pieces/hour, based on the format and type of closure.
